You have to check it if not they might block the account for safety. The protection of information is obligatory and until you check your identity they were not activating your account. This casino deserves attention only because of the huge selection of games and the relatively rapid withdrawal .Otherwise, treat them more negatively mainly due to the poor bonuses , poor support, and indirect communication with other non-paying casinos

At least you got something from the support staff in the way of a response . I  deposited $ 10.00 U. S .  back on November 28 / 2015 and I didn't get to play anything as  they just kept my deposit . Fast forward to February this year and 1 day I happen to notice an e-mail from this site . So , I had basically forgotten about this stunt but mow with this email in front of me  I decided to check my bank statements from November 28tth , 2015  and sure enough , there were 2 $ 5.00 U.S.  deposits to this site . I sent them an email  bringing this up and stating the 2 transaction numbers for both deposits and less than 1 hour later  , I log on to this site and now there was my 10 bucks . Poor way to conduct business if you ask me. and I might add that their  netent slots are very mean , the ones I played anyway

At first this seemed like a really decent casino, but I was in the wrong. I had an awful time there. I made a deposit and received welcome bonus, but it was only on sports bets. I wanted to withdraw my deposit but then needless to say I was told that minimum withdrawal is set to 50€. So either I could win up to that amount or just deposit more just to withdraw. Support was unprofessional so I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

My review about this casino is very negative. I feel CHEATED! I registered and deposited 10€ to have a 100% bonus. then in the Main Bonus i only played 10€ and stay there the other 10€. I call chat online and says to me that i don´t have any more to play. BUT in the Main bonus it still theres the money. well...something wrong with that casino. In reality the 100% bonus is a lie.
