Asking for help please

So I've had this issue with many casinos while trying to sign up and now this one. When I get to page 2 of registration the first line asks you to enter your country, then address etc. Each question being mandatory. That's cool, except this casino along with many others of the same kind for some reason will not allow me to even enter my country? I've tried just about everything I know of but I just can't seem to figure it out. Please can someone shed some light on this?
