Hey nice to see a UK player saying they got the winnings paid out lol . I’m currently trying to withdraw as of now I’ve had a few withdrawals rejected but only due to documents and stuff so nothing suspicious . Did they pay back to a UK bank ?

Im calling bulls#*t .... no way they paid you out . You are either the casino using a vpn so it looks like you are in england or you are part of the scam but live in england either way no way this casino paid you out ! Prove me wrong send me a screen shot of the winnings deposited !

Johno11 why would I send you a screenshot of my bank account? I promise you they paid. I played again tonight too and won again so hoping the next one goes as smooth. It’s totally up to you to believe it but I was just as sceptical until I received the winnings.

Zee1212 bet you don't get paid out . There are dozens of people i know of that have all sent there stupid amounts of verification and not one has been paid out . They will be closed in 1 month never to be heard of again . Ask your bank to do a charge back before they close down . Any/every positive review is connected back to the casino(scam). they have created a very good online casino and they will use the blue print for the next scam .

Zee1212 yeah usually it’s documents. I just did photo pics of all my docs showing all corners and blocked out 4 numbers of my bank card and the last 3 digits on the back. Was fine. I was a bit concerned about the 36 hour pending time but it was literally done instantly. One thing I did notice (which is kinda annoying) is that they deduct the transfer fee from your winnings because it’s paid from outside the EU. My winnings were done in 2 payments of £870 and 2 charges of about £23 each, so lost £46 because of transfer fee, but to be honest I was just so glad I got paid it didn’t phase me too much. I played again tonight and got lucky in megaways again, won another big win and requesting another €2000. Just hoping it goes as smooth as last time. Keep us updated!

As I said they did deduct transfer fees but meh as long as I got paid that didn’t phase me, it’s based on how much they pay you anyway so the max €2000 you can expect to lose bout £46 from winnings. Can’t believe I got lucky 2 days in a row, hoping they pay the next lot cause I’ve read sometimes people get paid a few times and then it stops but I just feel those players have abused the terms in some way. I never take bonuses cause have lost money in the past from them, so the money I win is always legit. Not excluded on any of their sites so nothing to worry about there and all my docs sent were valid. As long as you are clear on all of the above then shouldn’t have any issues. And that goes for all casinos they all have the same kind of rules these days. Pending time is long but actual payment is fast, like pretty much instant bacs payment right into my bank.

Zee1212 not yet i sent a message but no reply . Just seems very weird that they pay him yet 100s of others they dont . I even know someone that has deposited 100e and wants to withdraw 50 e they have send everything they want plus a selfie with their webite in the background and they still reject theirs . People can only speak from personal experience and mine has been terrible like so many others . Best of luck getting your money back

Zee1212 1st they said he has a duplicate account . Now they just ignore . Its a scam 100% check other website reviews . There is 100s in the same situation as us . Scam casinos normally balance the negative reviews by forging their own positive reviews using vpns . Its our own fault really we should only use uk registered companies . Im more pissed off with the streamer affiliates and websites that promote these .

Zee1212 well it was pending for about 28 hours cause I was checking all the time, like worried and stuff. Then I noticed it had gone to almost zero and saw it said accepted on their withdrawal history page. Then I logged into my mobile banking and it was just there £1740 (ish) from a €2000 win. Few deductions from the processing fee being outside EU but still got it. Maybe they don’t like smaller payments? I mean I understand people concerned if they don’t get paid but there must be some reason for it because I promise you on my mother’s life I got paid.
