This site is a complete and total crock!! I was charged 3 times for deposits that never posted to my casino balance. When trying to resolve the issues, it was an act of Congress to get any assistance from a CSR. Then, even after all the problems getting hold of the appropriate person to handle the issue, they are still stalling me. Take my advice...don't do it!!! I won $4,500 I spoke with the online chat each step through the process to ensure I made no errors (because I was told I did at another one of there casinos so I was taking precautions), well after being told congrats everything was correct and sending and resending copies of bills and forms. I was then told we made a mistake and you cheated. How did I cheat? There entire line of casinos is a joke don't waste your time, get off the couch and head to the real thing.

I have been waiting over three months to receive my withdrawal. They are giving me all types of excuses about paying out my winnings after me making several deposits on their casino site. Take it from me they are not following their terms and conditions that are stated. This is a bad, unreliable casino. Do not get caught up. They do not respond to emails, lies on chats, and will not give honest answers by phone calls. This is a bag choice to make to invest your money on.
