this casino is horrible. the worst part about it is the withdrawal/verification process... trying to withdraw funds and nothing works and then im not able to withdraw until i send in my documents. its been almost a week now with no response back and all livechat has to say about it is "payments wil get to it when they get to it" Everything is slow. Sign up/Log in just with non-cap letters possible. Support is very slow and cannot help out regarding promotions or help out with anything i need help with!!!! do not reccommend to anyone

I've had the worst experience with tryint to withdraw my funds. It's been 3 weeks now of trying to send in my documents for approval and I tried withdrawaling m funds and my account got blocked cuz they support member told me to try over and over again to withdraw with the card I deposited with. Then my card got blocked then my account did. Support is NO help and they send me an email about 5 days after I send in saying they need MORE proof and I haven't heard anything from them in 6 days now and every time I go on live chat they tell me I have to wait for them. I'm ready to close my account and just be done with it cuz this isn't worth it anymore. Such a horrible casino to deposit in. I will never be depositing again. I just want my funds
