I am always used live chat when I want to ask something, and I am always was able to get fast and reliable response, casino support agents never did anything wrong, always was very friendly and nice. This is not big deal for casino, but I am expecting such things from every online casino at which I am playing, because it is really important to provide good level of help to players.
