        I started my withdrawal process 5 mar 2019 after giving my details 5 times being told 5 times my pay out has been escalated to urgent then I threatened them with reporting them to CDS finally 30 may 2019 i got paid out so my suggestion is to hassle hassle threaten then you will get your money then go to another casino

      they don't pay legitimate withdrawals!! There is NO customer service. their phone numbers goes to voicemail after a lengthy wait. Your emails to them requesting answers get an immediate response that says someone will get back to you in 5 fkn business days!!!!

      my payout isn't large but they will pay. I'm off to the ACCC website next!!!

      Casinos have a responsibility and a duty of care when it comes to their patrons, theresa fine line between playing hard and all out addiction, i firmly believe this company is intentionally delaying payouts, because a gambler will cancel the request for payout sometime within that 2 week long waiting period!!! just plain BULLSHIT

      Let's get a legal class action suit going against them that's the best idea for the scamm ive lost that  much money from th ed games glitch not giving bonuses and jackpots and money missing from my account and then there's the wait for money that you never get it's all false advertising so let's do it contact a solicitor and keep in touch I think shine lawyers is a good place to start if we start to contact them to start a class atction we will win and boot them out of our contry or Maurice black burn there good for class actions to.       Hi I was my withdrawal was approved on the 26th April after I requested it on the 16th April.. There was no email or notification as the withdrawal request had completely disappeared from the screen, hence why I contacted customer service.. I have contacted them twice so far only to be told that the funds have been released... When I have asked for some sort of Reciept or tracking number I have been told they will notify me with this???? So am I right in saying with all this feedback from other players.. That I will not be receiving the funds that I have legally won? I would like to think that I will still recurve my winnings as it has only been 3 weeks which.. According to other players.. I still have a week or so to go lol... But why are these websites giving this casino great reviews... Can anyone please let me know which casinos are 100% quick and honest with their withdrawals....       I won over $50,000 through this casino, I had multiple withdrawals pending since the 9th March 2018, their terms and conditions state it takes a few days for pending withdrawals to be assigned to a agent to review it, once it has been reviewed and if approved it takes up to another 7 business days to send funds to the service provider to do a wire transfer which can take up to 10 business days to reach a player's bank account and the maximum withdrawal per week is $2500, I have screenshots of all my withdrawals showing the date and transcripts from multiple live chats with this casino who basically will not give me clear information about my withdrawals or what's happening with them except to say I need to be patient as wait up to 72hrs for an update which I don't get because nobody contacts me via email or phone call, I continuously have to deal with agents who stall and make me wait long periods of time and tell me that there are delays with approvals. It seems as though they do this so you can lose patience and starts cancelling your pending withdrawals and playing the money again so ultimately you as the player lose and the casino always wins just by making you wait extraordinarily long periods of times to get your withdrawals approved, and even when they are approved you get no notification of the date it was approved and for which withdrawal it was for so you can keep track of your winnings or withdrawal id's. I ended up starting to cancel a lot of withdrawal requests from early March a few days ago and playing through my winnings which is partly my own fault, but honestly half of my withdrawals shouldn't have been sitting as pending at this stage in April they should have been sent for review and I should not have even had access to them, it seems as a deliberate attempt to get you to play your winnings so the casino doesn't have to pay you out, since my first set of withdrawals placed on the 9th March 2019 I have received one payment of $2180 a week ago, chat just told me I had another 2 withdrawals approved on the 6th April and another one approved on the 17th April and only one has been paid to me out of the last three and that was paid today which is 9 business days after approval and I'll have to wait anywhere up to 10 business days to receive it in my bank account, the long process times are ridiculous, as you can see, if you have up to about 20 withdrawals pending like I did you will have to go through a shit load of chats to get answers which aren't clear and good luck trying to get information from the casino because they will give you as little as possible.  In the end theu have now also removed me from using any regular deposit bonus as they usually send me via email or it used to show under coupon codes in my casino account, when i asked why i cant use the normal deposit bonuses anymore they said I can now only use a 150% match bonus with a 20x play through because my account shows me as a player who can play long periods of time without needing large deposit bonuses, are you fricken kidding me? What a shitty answer, so basically, because I won a large amount of money my usual benefits have been revoked indefinitely, I was also a VIP player who spent thousands of dollars a month at this casino.  I'm very disappointed at the way I've been  treated and I don't believe this casino to be fair or ethical, I also had $40,000 still sitting in my player account not counting the thousands of dollars in pending withdrawals, in one day I played through the whole $40,000 without really getting any big wins, it makes you wonder if they manipulate the account since they see your a player who wins big. Such a disappointing turn of events with this casino.

I submitted all my documents with them immediately and now we are towards the end of May!!       So angry. Do NOT and I repeat do NOT waste your time here. I won $2000 with a paid deposit not a bonus code on the 27/03/95, I sent in all my documents and my verification was approved. Then I think 5 business days later I get an email saying now they want me to send back a verification form? So annoying. THEN after waiting for another week I finally get a email saying they need all my details again for verification of a wire transfer. I sent all that off on 13/04/2017.. it is now 8th May.       Im actually seeking legal advice as i tried to deposit 30 dollars twice to be told that the deposit was denied, i was a bit confused so i checked my bank n had 40 dollars in there so i went back n tried to depisit 40 to see if that would work, it did it processed n withdrew 40 40 from my bank account to my casino account, i was a lil confused as i manually deposited 100 dollars cash into my bank account so i could deposit 30 first deposit  n 20 maybe 30 on the second deposit.  Well the casino did withdraw the 2 original deposits of 30 dollars each but didnt credit my casino account And sent me 2 emails saying that the deposit attempts of 30 were declined n i had received 1 deposit successful message. I have tried to talk to them n sort out this fraudulent activity but they just ended up manually crediting my casino account 60 dollars even tho i wanted it sent back to my bank and quick smart, i wouldnt have deposited 60 at one time but yet they did. I got spoken to like crap n treated like n idiot n told they done nothing wrong as they ended up crediting my account 60 dollars manually hours after the fact n about an hour n half trying to sort something out so i was a lil less sik about the breach. There customer service n ability to listen to the person they ridicule them n keep treating customers like shit. underhanded  n systematic suss activities n justifications when caught out.

And I have gotten my withdrawls which is a good start but it Is 3 weeks for one withdrawl at a time so if u have patients it does play. 7 days for approval ,7 days to send off to processor then another 5 days to show in account.

      TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

       The casino as a platform is not bad with the usual games and fairly loose slots. 

      The withdrawal process though has been a nightmare.

      After a semi decent win I send off all of the documents in the initial email and verify via HooYu am told 2-5 days yup ok no drama. After the allotted time I hear nothing back from them. I try and get some sense from their live chat only to be told that the process is slow because they are being over worked so there is a back long and to try and contact them in a week. WTF I figure maybe the rep is just having a bad day and I will try again later.  Same story from various members of the team.  I send in an email to ask what is going on and get a response from a staff member who asks for items not listed in the initial email. I send them in instantly and again receive no response. I wait yet another 2 days and contact support to find there is no record of my second documents being sent in. GUTTED I then make a new support ticket and resend all of the information…. STILL NO PAYOUT. Also the phone line in australia is disconnected so no way of contacting them to speak to an actual person.  I just want my damn money.

        I’m still waiting for mine it’s been “10 days” since the money was deposited and nothing in my bank account. My bank said it should take a maximum of 5 days and it ask them if there has been an error in processing. I asked and just got ignored. I also asked which country the deposit was coming from... the response was it could be any country. 


        Not good enough.

      I am disappointed with this casino.  Won $8000 on the 14/2/19 and here I am on the 12/03/19 still haven't received any money.  Have to do in three seperate withdrawals and so far I've had one of those approved on the 4th or 3rd of March and nothing has been sent yet. Their policy is 7-10 days to approve (business) and 7-10 days to send (business) so I'm looking at them taking two months to send all the money. They're a joke and won't be playing on the site again.  Good luck if you win cos you'll need it.

      Super awesome casino I have been playing with them for over 5 months now they are fair and the staff are very kind. I have not yet won anything worth withdrawing so I'm not sure how good they are onnthat side of things.

      It's good to see a decent RTG casino based inAustralia usually we are restricted from many of their casinos.

      Pretty awesome casino but hardly any coupons for free spins which is a shame compared to most casinos they are Australia based not sure on withdrawral times and trust as I have NEVER won anything which I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing hahahahaha but untill I'm proved otherwise I will continue playing this casino.         Nope :( still fighting with them since I won back in March. They told me pay our wins out from third party servers and now they can’t advice me of any dates as to when I should expect anything and the advice they gave me was to Wait.... :(

      I can't complain bout the customer and pays pretty descent at times though when it comes to withdrawing been nothing but a headache going back an forth with live supports and emails also pretty disappointing I can only play 25c as max bet on cash bandits 2 if I was able to raise my bets on cb2 an withdrawing was made lot easier I would rate this casino best for Australian players  Reply Helpful

      i visited this site and the only options i saw for eligible countries that can play were only Australia and New Zealand so it is not eligible for my country Greece ! It is pity because i wanted to try this casino and maybe win a good ampount of dollars ! I like the style of this casino and hope in the future to be open for more foreign players !
