I was asked to send in ID and address verification 4 days ago which I did right away. I even sent in my proof of payment method as extra ID. I then got an email to say my account was verified. I tried to log in and it was still locked. I contacted chat who said yes it’s still locked and being reviewed! they now do not answer my emails, chat disconnects me when I try to ask what’s happening and they are basically ignoring me. They have taken my £80 and run away with it. I’ve been scammed.
