Like many other players, I played at this casino with its nice offer freeplay. At first I did not understand, but after writing for your support, the next day, I received e-mail and my account was credited with free play money. I do not like the fact that the support was not on live chat. The game selection was very good and I lost all my money. Now they seem to be a good casino but I think they should improve the support and promotions.

I give Mermaids Palace Casino an overall rating of **5**stars [Fairness-4/Promotions-4/Variety-7/Support-5]. Withdrawal I have yet to experience so I didn't include this in my review. This casino does offer Tournament Play addition to the classic (download) casinoso version which is something different and new for me. I just hope they make tournament play available in all versions of their casino. I like this casino and recommend all to play here. Good luck
