One day I tried to redeem my $100 from winnings reaching playthrough on a no deposit bonus and they told me I had multiple accounts. They went so far as to tell me the names of these other multiple accounts, which I never opened. Created lies to avoid paying. 0 out of 5

I want to say this place reminds of crank yankers I wanna go to Hawaii skit, and I took a look at some screenshots and the best I could say is that it looks like a great place to have a round of card games. to say the least there maybe some hope for looking for it in the future?

Very bad casino. They don't payout. I did all needed wager from no deposit bonus, sent them all the documents they asked and even made a deposit but they did not payout. Never playing here again.

I don't trust a casino when they shove $50 chip in your account right after you deposit. Now I cannot CHOOSE to get my own bonus!!!

i dont know, in general i dont like rtg casinos, but in someone i win some nice big wins, but win palace is definetely one of them. This casino have many many bonuses, but low chance to win. I dont like him.. i never wager any no deposit bonus from that casino, and i am really sure i dont want deposit some real cash here.

I liked this casino for their freebies and bonuses but when i started reading about what people have experienced i got other thoughts about them, ruins my opinion about them totally, i believe what people have said and i dont think anyone would be lying about getting mistreated by a casino, by joining this casino you can only take the risk of getting into the same position as the other people that ran into problems, i can not recommend anything of this for anyone..
