have been playing at Jack Gold casino for a couple of years. Have won lots of money there. Here recently, they totally restricted my account as far as using coupons, getting my comps or even getting chips. Would never give me a reason as to why they had done this. I was a loyal patron, spending thousands of dollars at this casino, but I finally told them to close my account. They are deceitful and manipulative and they really don't care about their patrons. I hope anyone who reads this, takes heed to what I am saying. You will be treated like crap too.
