Grand Macao Casino Review

Really overrated casino. Like most of the other reviews on here I don't think this place lives up to the hype. Bonuses are average at best. Slow payouts. Really a lot of hassle when you can easily play somewhere else.

I'm playing it's time to miserable games. there is almost no nice format. I'm feeling like this casino to play. and your bonus are pretty miserable, and other pelaajt are a lot of valittanutt here. so you could put on a black lisgtallen. is so reveals a bleak-looking casino.

I've been dissapointed a lot by grandmacao my last review was quite positive, but wauw, i deposit 20 euro once, took 395 eur withdrawal (8 months ago) still never had any payment, complained everywhere, they told me yes we are working on it etc, only received 95 euro's and still miss 300euro's i guess they don't have the money, so guys also here avoid them as much as you can, also free bonuses offer's you lot of stress!

.. topgame casinos are "famous" with slow payouts that can be stalled for months.. luckily my experience with this casino isn't like that. a couple of months ago i won from a freebie and after verifying and depositing minimum i got my winnings within a week..i had prepared for the worst but everything was smooth.. good place.

If I have to compare Grand Macao casino with others that I've tried from Top Game, this one is really a decent ones. I played there with a no deposit bonus, I didn't win anything. I had a nice impression about them and the support seemed good too, but maybe they are not trustful as there are so many bad reviews from players that have deposited there.

This casino is a joke.. They don't have a good pay out on their slot machines and they don't honor any no deposit bonuses after you have deposited money with them. Their customer service sucks... they are beyond rude and will not deviate one iota from rules and reg's to accomodate a depositing customer. They have no good business ethic.. and I didn't even get an opportunity to request a withdrawl so God only knows what would be the outcome there! I will never deposit with them again!!

One of my favorite Top Game casinos but that is just because of their nice support and often bonuses. I have never made a withdrawal from them so I do believe I might face some problems. After reading all these comments I think I will deposit my money somewhere else.

THE GRAND MACAO CASINO and all its sister casinos are total RIP OFFS, they do all they can to refuse payment. I sent in all the required documents over 5 times until they accepted them just to be told approx 10 days later that I did not play enough to receive my payment?? What a joke?
