casino extreme is not even a little bit that extreme its calling itself. it's just another RTG similar to all its sisters. don't know what's extreme on that.

I’ve been a regular since January of 2021, what’s most enticing about Casino Extreme is the ability to cash out and receive the $$ within minutes. Now trying to actually win more than $30-$170 is more than unlikely, and the more you deposit the less it pays. Nowadays I’m shying away from Extreme, I’d rather wait 3-5 days for payout but actually have a fair shot at winning at other RTG casinos.

I had previously reviewed this Casino giving it 4/5 stars but I ran into an issue recently which I’ll share for others to watch out for.I was receiving 20 daily free spins from them as part of their Christmas promo in which I did decent one day and kept playing that same game which is called Holiday Wilds if i remember correctly, as I kept playing to go through the play through required I was still doing decent getting a few good hits and a few free spins bonus and out of no where I noticed I had hit the free spins bonus again but it did not award any free spins, I kept playing and just ignored it and after a few minutes same thing happened again this time I took a screen shot and began a chat with IT support, I explained what happened and sent the screenshot the rep told me he could not open the screenshot for some reason and he then said he had reset the game and to try again, I went back into the game began playing and a couple spins later I got another bonus which it did not gave me any free spins(3rd time) I went back to the chat and told him it just happened again not even 1 minute after he said he had performed the reset and the chat connected me with a different rep(I guess previous one had ended the chat) so I explain the situation all over again this rep told me that because I requested the game to be reseted that I lost the free spins I replied explaining I did not request anyone to perform a reset that was the other’s rep choice after explaining my issue he then told me thats what he had to do, I asked him what happens with the 3 bonuses it didnt award me as this conversation was going I kept playing and once again I hit the bonus and it does not give it to me(4th time now) when this happened I went into my gaming history and checked every spin where I had hit the bonus and it showed a screenshot clearly showing I hit the bonus, amount of my spin, $ amount won, and free spins awarded showing 0. I sent him the spin ID number so he can verify he then sent me a copy and paste script to contact IT support. At this point I gave up I requested to close down my account which I believe he just banned me since it says “Player restricted) I understand it was money lost from a free bonus but like I told the rep, if this were to happen with any money I deposited and this is the help I would receive or they would make me wait days or weeks for an email back from them then I would rather not go through the hassle. So anyone looking to join look out for this issue. Total amount lost from when the issue started was around $30.
