Worst customer service
They were so rude, disconnect chats. Denying bonus. Nearly impossible to win. Live help are disgusting. Don't play there. Plus I'm in Australia and till today I didn't know that they were unlicensed and them allowing Aus players is illegal. Huge warning. If I could post the live help screen shots you'd be horrified.

Could be a great casino but you win when you have your bonus credits as soon as wager completed you lose it all Update... Unfortunately they're chat team refused to offer an email bonus I was sent. When I explained my frustration they believed it to be funny to keep changing operators and cancel chats and basically take the piss. Never been treated as a bad by anyone online. An embarrassing way to treat customers.

Maximalwins.com I appreciate your response. I had enjoyed your site before yesterday. The emails were given as screen shots to your team. I was made to repeat the issue every time. You offered a deal to deposit it was accepted before we went to confirm payment then wasn't fulfilled. I immediately contacted support but you then expected me to wait for 2 hours before I could play.. really?. When I did try to contact the support Mickey immediately gave me a personal opinion on winning..didn't ask for.. then tired to tell me I hadn't followed processes.. I then had to deal with every chat agent which was only a game I can assume to be then cut off after a minute whilst I was trying to type response. I have deposited a fair bit and the experience yesterday really isn't the way to keep customers coming to your site especially when the market is very competitive. I am also now blocked from the site.. wow that's a great way to offer olive branch. Hopefully you can make this right and offer me the respect I deserve. You have a good site no doubt but customers are king and you need to retain if you want to be successful

So update 24hrs later bonus added no extra goodwill which you thought would have been as standard so account closed as when you deposit 4》times a week you expect to be valued and not a cash cow.Be aware the chat operators also work for Casino Mga and Rougecasino so why am I not surprised at the disregard

Hi Maximal 2 hours is a long time to wait after depositing but I do understand. I did copy my account manager in but my account was closed by your support team without any input from said account manager.. id be more than happy to reopen as your site is good and is an enjoyable experience so if the offer stands please reopen and fulfill your offer

I deposited after signing up claiming the welcome bonus and after payid'ING through the money, which has been debited from my bank, confirmed by the third party company "xanpay" which have sent me a confirmation stating that they recieved the funds and provided confimation that the casino has then received the money, the casino is just holding onto my money and refuse to assist me. Online chat has been contacted 8 times now and the support email I have contacted 3 times all without success. The sheer lack of communication or support is absolutely appalling!!! Seriously don't recommend anyone waste their time or money as they will just hold onto it.
