I have deposited a fair bit and the experience yesterday really isn't the way to keep customers coming to your site especially when the market is very competitive. I am also now blocked from the site.. wow that's a great way to offer olive branch. Hopefully you can make this right and offer me the respect I deserve. You have a good site no doubt but customers are king and you need to retain if you want to be successful

Hi Maximal 2 hours is a long time to wait after depositing but I do understand. I did copy my account manager in but my account was closed by your support team without any input from said account manager.. id be more than happy to reopen as your site is good and is an enjoyable experience so if the offer stands please reopen and fulfill your offer
